My Endometriosis Diary

My Endometriosis Diary was created as a custom made diary for a customer who is suffering with Endometriosis. Designed to help prepare for any medical appointments, track your symptoms, identify any triggers, and discover what may help to relieve any pain.

The Endo Diary also contains sections for tracking your food intake, monitor any period related symptoms and an exercise section.

To help with recording where the pain occurs on the body we added a front and side view of a woman’s silhouette so you can mark exactly where on the body you feel the pain.

Please let us know in the box above the name you would like to appear on the front cover. Please note that the name you provide will be used and once printed and posted any changes cannot be made if you have spelt it incorrectly.

The Design of the Book

Endometriosis Diary is a 4 months length A5 journal. One page per day layout.

The first page is ‘How to use this diary’ page.

The main pages contain sections for recording:

• Symptoms
• How long the pain lasts for
• Things you have tried to relieve the pain
• Pain scale
• Body silhouettes side and front view
• Period related symptoms
• Exercise

Followed by 8 lined and 8 blank note pages at the back of the book.

My Endometriosis Diary has a frosted plastic front cover and thick white card back therefore adding protection and durability. Finished off with a white binding wire and also a corner adhesive pocket on the back page for any cut outs you might want to keep with your diary.

Dispatch is within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday)

If you live in the Eastbourne area or nearby you can pick the pack up for free, just select ‘Local Pick Up’ option at the checkout. Our postcode location is BN22.

For Local Pick Up- Please make sure you give us a used and valid contact method so that we can arrange pick up times with you. An Email address is fine just please keep an eye on your messages.
