Our Mental Health Diary Journal Book has been designed to track your daily thoughts and feelings, it may help clear your mind, track your progress and help you identify any triggers.
This daily mood & habit tracker diary and journal could be useful to those who struggle with moods (borderline personality disorder and/or bipolar for example), suffering with depression or stress, people with phobias, panic attacks, sleep disorders, addiction, dementia or in regular pain.
This could also benefit someone who does not have much time in their hands to journal but may or may not have mental health issues.
Children and young people developing and understanding their thoughts and feelings could use this diary due to the easy layout and colouring in mini trackers.
Some people find it difficult to communicate to their carers and mental health team or other medical professionals (especially new ones) so you can show your diary at your appointments or meetings without the need of having to communicate what you have experienced every day.
If you do not need certain tracker shapes for example period (flower shape) please feel free to make a note at the checkout to have it removed from your Mental Health Diary.

The Design of the Book
Mental Health Diary Journal Book is a 34 weeks A5 journal but could last longer as it is undated.
The first page is a ‘This book belongs to’ page. Following this we have a Useful Numbers page. It was designed for quick access to the most important contacts, especially in case of emergencies. Additionally on this page there is a Daily Mood Tracker Key showing you which feelings relate to each colour. The third page contains an important ‘How to use this diary’ page.
The remaining main pages contain:
- a Daily Mood / Feelings Tracker- colour in your mood for the morning, midday, afternoon and evening.
- a Daily Thoughts section
- Mini Shape Trackers to track Water Intake, Sleep, Medication, Period, Vitamins, Exercise, Sunshine, Fresh Air and Meals.
- Reflections on your week section
Our Mental Health Diary Journal Book has a frosted plastic front cover and thick white card back therefore adding protection and durability. Finished off with a white binding wire. A corner adhesive pocket on the back page has been added for any cut outs you might want to keep with your diary.
